Another Beach Day - but with a difference

SUNDAY, AUGUST 11 - Day 5

AM Breakfast on your own (student cost)

AM Enjoy some beach time

PM Lunch on your own (student cost)

PM Walk over to the Slack Key Festival (pending 2019 schedule)

Today is the day of the Slack Key Festival. It is a 37 year Tradition in Waikiki

All of the top Artists in Hawaii perform. The festival lasts all day, from noon in the Morning til 6 pm

We will walk over for an early morning sound check and then be given our performance time.

The event takes place in the park or the Aquarium grounds. There are many vendors there as well, but the really cool thing, especially for the parents-- THE BEACH IS RIGHT THERE-- AND SO IS OUR HOTEL, which makes it really easy to swim at the pool or beach, Hele over (get movin') to the stage, see the Harmony performance, then hele back to the beach or pool.

PM Dinner on your own (student cost)  

You have the rest of the evening for your last night in Waikiki

This is a great time to have that special dinner with friends and family

Shop for gifts to bring back

and just take it all in. 

This is the last Waikiki day and evening

Tomorrow is a huge day of traveling, sightseeing, a Luau and then

home by bedtime. 
Then we pack for the last day,  Pearl Harbor, and fly home through the night
